At Melitos Excursions, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation timelines are designed to offer flexibility while ensuring proper planning for all experiences, including Mokoro Riding, Boat Cruising, and Moremi Tours.

• Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more before the scheduled activity are permitted.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are not accepted.
  
  

Private, Group & Full-Day Tours (e.g., Moremi Tours):

• These bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are not accepted.

Our refund policy is aligned with the cancellation timelines:

• Approved cancellations made within the allowed notice period (24 hours or 48 hours depending on the booking) qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made outside of the allowed notice period are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

Melitos Excursions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

• Unsafe weather or water conditions
• Safety concerns
• Minimum booking requirements not being met

In such cases, guests will receive:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule at no additional cost
